Well everyone it is finally here. My Cosmopolitan Silk Collection. I am so proud of this collection, because it was one of the hardest thing I've done. If you ever have to cut or sew silk you will understand what I am talking about if you have not, let me tell you it is sooooo much work and requires a lot patience, plus it ain't cheap to buy the fabric. I used three types of silk: Raw, Chiffon and Charmeuse, which are the finest natural fabrics out there(and it is pretty on the eye and feels oh so soft with an amazing drape). I want to thank my boyfriend for all his patience, support and love while making it, also I have to mention Nargas, Vivi, Daniel, Shafy and the TrichesTadiello team for all their support. It is all in the details <3

L'instinct animal

Wow I can't believe half of the year has passed by already. In 2 days will be my birthday, I will be working so instead of doing a bday post I will just let my animal instincts out now GRRRRRR!! Well what can I say I love bdays, this year my boyfriend and most of my closest friends are away from me. I wish Jeff, Shafy, Crystal, Sara, Neicia, Jule, Daniel, Amanda, Chelsea, Vanessa, Hellen, Gisa, Phoebs, Claudia, Carrie, Natasha, Felipe, Codie, Slava, Bobbi, Quan, Janna,Vivi, and my brothers were here. I love you all. I do hope, I get to see some of you before the year ends.

 I forgot to mention on my way to the wedding when I was flying I was stopped at the airport for a full body search and padding I am pretty sure everyone got suspicious of me and my turban. Little did the security know it was only a fashion turban not a terrorist one(can I say bomb here?)
Lately all I want to wear is maxi dresses and skirts specially if it is sheer. I just love it. I think it is because it means it is hot and Summer outside when in reality it is not the case. I still wear Summer clothing but I can count in my hand how many times it has been hot around here. Also is the fact that it is nice and easy, you just throw it and you are ready to go pretty much anywhere.
I am also super pumped about my lovely friend Vanessa from The Haute Pursuit . She is coming back in August from her China adventure. We are planning to sit at the beach: sun tanning, drinking, eating watermellons and dried mangoes. I have missed her terribly <3 I hope by then the sun comes out and decides to grace us and stay for a while.
